Typical Mediterranean restaurant, specialising in fish dishes and local produce. The restaurant uses fish from Scoglitti’s fleet of fishing boats, which go out to sea each day and return with fresh fish such as bass, cuttlefish, calamari, prawns, aiola, groper, cod, tuna and swordfish.

Guests can even choose their fish at the local fish market when the fishing boats arrive with their catch.

Typical local produce are used for appetizers and side dishes such as cherry tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, peppers, artichokes, salad tomatoes, lettuce, radicchio and rocket.
Local cheeses such as Ragusa pecorino, Ragusa provola, caciocavallo and mozzarella from Modica and Ragusa.


Desserts are homemade, and include ricotta cannoli, almond sweets, almond pastries and Sicilian cassate.

Local Vittoria wines include a Nero Avola, a Cerasuolo di Vittoria and white wines. Focaccias and typical Sicilian ‘arancine’.
